1. Research Use Only

All products sold on Neo Collective USA are intended strictly for laboratory research and in-vitro use only. They are not intended for human or animal consumption, and are not drugs, supplements, or medical devices. By purchasing, you confirm that all products will be used exclusively for lawful, scientific research purposes.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age and either a licensed research professional, authorized business representative, or working within an institutional research setting to purchase from Neo Collective USA. By placing an order you confirm these eligibility requirements.

3. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance by Neo Collective LLC. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Payment must be received before orders are fulfilled. We accept Venmo and Cash App. Payment instructions are provided on the order confirmation screen.

4. Shipping & Returns

We ship within the United States only. Due to the nature of research chemicals, all sales are final. We do not accept returns. If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at orders@neolabsusa.com.
